About the roleSituated on an 18 acre smallholding on the outskirts of Bristol, This school offers a range of outdoor learning activities in practical land and craft work to support the education and development of children and young people. The role will include workingwithin a holistic curriculum. It offers an education to young people between the ages of 9 - 16 with complex social, emotional and behavioral difficulties including Autism Spectrum conditions.What the role will include
  • Work closely with colleagues / external professionals to raise standards of inclusive practice for these students;

  • To deliver interventions and implement personalised provisions to individual and small groups of students, primarily those with identified Cognition and Learning needs
  • Following the unique curriculum of the academy
  • Managing behavior effectively
