The Role of the Solution Sales Manager:
  • Selling washer disinfectors and decontamination equipment (£40K-£120K values).
  • Selling into the NHS & healthcare sector.
  • Dealing with infection control managers, decontamination managers, procurement managers, service managers. Multitiered sales process.
  • Long lead times, capital sales.
  • Covering South West, South Central & East Anglia. – Ideally located Bristol, Bath, Swindon.
  • New and existing business sales.

The Ideal Person for the Solution Sales Manager:
  • Must understand decontamination/sterilisation/infection control equipment.
  • Needs to know clean rooms and understand that space.
  • Used to dealing with infection control managers, decontamination managers, procurement managers, service managers.
  • Organized, able to deal with longer lead times, able to manage existing and win new business sales.
  • Wants someone with self-drive, enthusiastic, team player.
