Software Controls EngineerBristol£40,000 - £50,000 DOE + on-site parking + shower facilities for employees looking to cycle to work + Bupa healthcare + 25 days holidayMonday - Friday DAYSSoftware Controls Engineer required for a global leader in bespoke engineering solutions, using cutting edge solutions for their products they supply to major manufacturing and engineering companies worldwide. This is a varied role, you will be working ona variety of bespoke projects, designing, developing, and implementing control systems.The responsibilities of this role will include developing and implementing a wide range of control software solutions across a variety of projects. You will be required to write coding for control logic and HMI working to IEC 61131-3 standards. You musthave knowledge of Smens S7 and Rockwell PLC programming software and be able to programme from scratch. You will be responsible for the internal and external design of circuit panels and cabinets; this will require experience using AutoCAD 2D and /or Eplandesign software. You will be responsible for ensuring that all control solutions are integrated with modern safety technologies that comply with national and international standards.This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a growing company that are global leaders within their market.
