The role is a permanent full-time role, with a competitive salary of between £25k - £28k per annum depending on experience. The role comes with a unique benefits package designed to nurture your wellbeing and personal development.About the opportunityThis exciting opportunity calls for a creative and innovative candidate to be the voice of Pukka on our social channels. The Social and Content Executive will work to ensure our tone and messaging always reflects our strategy and personality and will design and deliver the UKs social media experience, delivering on Pukkas global social strategy in our biggest and most developed market.Working closely with the Social and Content Manager, you will be responsible for social and content planning and execution for digital channels in the UK. Managing the creation of written content and writing all the social posts, you will work closely with the Comms Lead and copy writers to ensure it is on brand, SEO driven and timely. You will also be super pro-active in testing, learning, developing and optimising our channel and content performance across all digital channels, and share best practice and toolkits with global markets as you go.Day-to-day, you will collaborate and work closely with others to review, advise on, and deliver all content on our social and Collective elements of our campaigns. There will also be the usual rhythm of generating and interpreting great analytics, supporting planning cycles and strategy development, and responding to consumers in an accurate and timely manner, and always on brand.About youA lover of all things social media, you will be a hobbyist who can demonstrate a real personal interest and passion for Social as well as having a breadth of work experience to go alongside it. With strong aesthetic and creative judgement, you will have experience designing social media campaigns and be a digital enthusiast who is tech savvy, up to date and confident to experiment with latest trends. Experience managing creative briefs and working alongside a PR team is also preferable but not essential.With a sound understanding of what is working well (or not!) on social, you will advise the business on the latest social channels/formats and intelligence and have a view of monitoring tools and software requirements. You will have some previous experience of reporting, extracting data and able to understand the metrics around measuring success across channels.Communicating and collaborating with others will come naturally to you, and you will have experience of working across multiple projects with multiple different people. With strong organisational skills you will have the ability to step agilely between strategic thinking and planning, and delivery. With a keen eye for detail you will also be able to think rationally and make recommendations based on analytics to improve future delivery.Everything you will do is designed to inspire people to connect to the beauty and power of nature.
