Skilled Fabricator (MIG) Bristol £11ph to £12ph DOE, OTE £30,000 + Overtime at 1.5x the rate + Monday to Friday 40-hour week + Pension + Holiday Excellent opportunity for a Fabricator with MIG welding experience to join a stable, secure, family ran business in a varied and interesting role where you can increase your earnings through ample overtime opportunities. Through this period a lot of companies have struggled due to COVID-19, however through working with a range of key clients this business is strong, stable, and looking to add to semi-skilled / skilled fabricator to their shopfloor team. In this role you will join a busy team in a factory environment. You will be working with light gauge fabrications, MIG welding light to medium thickness materials, mainly mild steel. This is a varied role focusing on short production runs of up to 20 different types of products. The ideal candidates will be an experienced fabricator welder with MIG skills. Any other machine shop experience is highly beneficial. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and secure family ran business in a varied and interesting role where you can increase your earning through ample overtime opportunities. The role: *Monday to Friday 40-hour week, 7am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, finish at 1pm on Friday *Regular overtime available (usually 5 to 6 hours a week minimum) paid at 1.5X the rate *Varied role working on lots of different projects *Using different machine shop machinery *MIG welding & fabrication mainly in mild steel The person: *A fabricator welder with MIG welding skills *Experience working with light gauge fabrications and light to medium thickness materials *Experienced working with mild steel *Any other machinery experience beneficial Reference Number: BBBH102279 Required skills
