Site Manager - (Contract) - BristolUp to £280 per day DOEImmediate start - approx September 2025Do you have a passion for construction and the drive to make a positive impact on the energy efficiency of residential flats If yes, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Bristol. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of projects, including multi measure energy efficiency upgrades to residential homes.Role and Responsibilities:As a SMSTS qualified Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of contractors on site. Your key responsibilities will include inducting operatives, checking risk assessments, method statements and asbestos reports, and ensuring that all workis carried out in line with health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of quality control and ensuring that projects are completed within the agreed timelines and budget.Required Skills and Experience:- SMSTS qualification- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to assess risks- Attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering high-quality work- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle unexpected situations effectivelyAre you up for the challengeIf you have a passion for construction and a strong desire to contribute to a greener future, then we want to hear from you!
