  • When you join we want you to learn and understand how our business works, so we will train you and immerse you into our Service world. This is the heart of the business and we have over 500 colleagues here either processing administrative tasks or talkingdirectly with our clients.
  • We recognise variety is important and gaining an insight into a number of teams will help you find where your strengths best fit so your time with us will be made up by a number of rotations across Client Accounts, New Business and Transfers.
  • Client Accounts is where we fulfil the client experience ensuring that their instructions are processed accurately in a timely, safe and secure manner. The team is made up of five key functions - Trading, Asset Servicing, Payments, Treasury and Reconciliations.New Business is where we process all new applications to HL and Transfers is there for when our clients need to move their money.
  • We make it easy for our clients to manage their savings and investments, by facilitating transactions and supporting them with clear and simple information to make their decisions with confidence.
  • The work will involve using a few different systems, data skills, Excel and working with your team to answer simple and complex client queries or support a colleague in another part of HL.
You must have
  • GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent

You dont need to have experience in financial services or investing.
