Job Description

A Senior UX Designer who has a strong understanding of UX process and best practices is required by a leading Advertising Agency on a remote basis.The successful candidate will have experience of running UX discovery activities such as - user testing, heatmap research, running workshops etc. in a multi-disciplined role across Project Management, UX research, and CRO.An annual salary of £45,000 is offered depending on experience + remote working + training and progression + high spec laptopsClientA successful Web Agency who work with a range of clients in industries such as; technology, charity, financial services, fintechboth nationally and internationally, are seeking passionate Digital specialists to join their team and progress over time.If you have a passion for all things digital and media related this is for youWhat you will be doing:

  • Provide strategic website optimisation advice to all clients across design, development, UX and CRO
  • Manage CRO strategies and roadmaps
  • Ability to write specifications for new websites
  • Create, manage and curate project plans for website UX, design and build projects
  • Build good relationships with clients and the internal team
  • Conducting and analysing UX research (i.e. user testing)
  • Use analytics & CRO tools to analyse website performance and make recommendations
  • Take the lead during the Discovery Phase of any new website project
  • Present Discovery Phase UX research findings to clients
What you will need;
  • Strong experience of UX processes and best practice
  • Experience of running UX discovery activity (i.e. user testing, heatmap research, running workshops)
  • Design experience, online, but also ideally across other digital or print channels too to support other clients (Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Confident presenters, client relationship managers, and know how to think on their feet
  • Project Management experience
