As part of this journey, we are scaling up our capabilities across our application portfolio. We are therefore looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst with a proven track record in software delivery, who enjoys workingwith a variety of technologies and people and wishes to further their career by helping us achieve HLs strategy.This is a vital role within the IT Quality department with manual testing of existing applications and databases. The team are in the process of introducing automation to their ways of working for which training will be provided. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Work with your Agile team to define ways of working and engineering strategies
• Design and manage test cases for execution in all phases in the SDLC
• Lead test groups on specific project deliveries
• Accurately report and prioritise defects identified during testing
• Ensure the quality of the teams output is of a consistently high standard
• Execute test cases under pressurised deadlines
• Support UAT test phase
• Working with your team to introduce automation across the SDLC pipeline
• Drive and support improvements to processes and tools within the team
• Promote testing best practices throughout the development lifecycle, always putting quality first
• Participate and lead planning, estimation, retrospective, stand-ups, and any other team ceremonies
• Liase with Security and Performance teams on releases
• Attend and organise knowledge share sessions
• Provide mentoring, leadership and direction to other team members

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• Experience in Software Testing working in an agile methodology
• Strong test case design techniques using business and technical specifications
• Use of a project tracking and test management tool (e.g. JIRA, Quality Centre, XRAY)
• Experience of working with Finance or Billing Systems
• Experience with JavaScript and understanding of automation principles is desirable
• Manage your own time effectively and collaborate with a diverse group of professionals
• Self-motivated, resilient with good attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
