  • Provide an effective interface for the business for all IT Service Operations tasksUnderstand business priorities, IT performance and issues at a business unit level.
  • Engaging with the business and business partners with effective governance.
  • Drive MIM calls with the support of the ITOC and suppliers, ensuring that there is clear supplier accountability and rapid action taken to restore service.
  • Provide advice and insights to the business regarding the improvement of performance and/or productivity of systems.
  • Act as the point of escalation for all critical service issues.
