Job Description

Package: £33K Base Salary (£55K OTE Year 1, £75K OTE Year 2, £100K OTE Year 3)Are you an experienced Recruiter who poses a proven track record of billing in a 360 capacityDo you have frustrations with the way your current business has dealt with a downturn in market, or perhaps the culture/direction has disintegratedThen its time to explore new opportunities.My client is a market-leading SaaS and MarTech Recruitment agency who dominate the e-commerce space. They partner with high-growth start-ups and VC backed businesses, helping to scale out their tech, fintech and marketing teams. You will be responsible forbuilding your own desk from scratch, by using their mature database and deep-rooted relationships to grow your network in a space that has grown exponentially year on year. Boasting a market-leading commission structure and the ability to manage people after12 months, the opportunity with this client is huge as they look to expand into the US and Europe.The Role

  • Building relationships with existing and new clients & candidates

RequirementsThe Company are looking for proven billers from any market, you must be comfortable building out a new desk and adept at business development, although you will be given accounts to tap into from day one - so excellent account management skills are alsokey. Other neccessary traits:
