Job Description

Were looking for an experienced Senior Proposition Manager to join an established, global leading organisation with exciting growth!What youll be doing
  • Build and maintain the annual Customer Marketing plan, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure we achieve our growth objectives
  • Create data driven marketing strategies to maximise seasonal product sales
  • Collaboratively engage the category and pricing teams to deliver NPI launches and seasonal product-led marketing campaigns.
  • Work reactively in conjunction with the web and e-commerce teams to maximise web trading opportunities.
  • Brief and share robust measurement of all campaigns in conjunction with the Customer Insights business function.
  • Work closely with the Customer Lifecycle and Sales Support Marketing Manager to ensure an integrated marketing approach.
  • Ensure a clear process is in place for raising awareness of all plans, strategies, tests and campaigns across multiple business functions
  • Alongside our e-commerce and UX teams, brief, develop and execute robust A/B tests to improve web and e-mail conversion.
  • People management of 1 x direct report. Grow their knowledge and continuously upskill them to deliver exceptional results
  • Reporting to the Global Head of Customer Communications and deputising for them when required.
What experience youll need to apply
  • 5+ years of practical experience in marketing or relevant marketing qualifications
  • Previous customer proposition and comprehensive multi-channel marketing experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Strategic mindset
  • Ability to prioritise/good time management
  • Experience of cross-functional working
  • Line management experience
