Senior Product Manager - Bristol - Hybrid role To £80,000 plus extensive employee benefits and attractive discretionary bonusThe Opportunity:

• My client is a preeminent Investment and Wealth Management business, headquartered in Bristol
• Hybrid role with ideally one day required working from their office in Bristol - note this role is NOT fully remote but plenty of flexibility is offered
• Currently going through a really exciting program of change, my client has launched in excess of 10 new funds over the last year and has a further 12 to launch
• This position will take a lead in project managing the launch of new investment vehicle and strategies, as well as key changes for existing funds
• Taking a lead in supporting the translation of propositional concept to deliverable fund design, you will be required to input into the entire life cycle of the investment process, from fund creation and set up, to fund closing, mergers / rationalizationunder new fund structures
• This role sits at the heart of the business and will require extensive interaction with (and management of) a wide range of key internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Fund Managers, all areas of middle office Operations etc. to ensure successfuloutcomes
• Utilising your accomplished Project Management skills, you will ensure management and effective oversight of project plans and deliverables whilst maintaining a robust control environment to enable appropriate levels of risk management for the deliveredstrategies
• Working closely with SMEs to support the creation of documents and communications necessary to launch new funds, you will work across teams and departments to ensure appropriate and effective control and operational infrastructure is in place ahead of anyfund launch.
• Support of ad hoc initiatives and projects which could include the operational support around the implementation of a new Order Management System and Portfolio Management System

Your Experience:

• You will be able to demonstrate a strong record of academic achievement, along with potentially the completion of a relevant professional qualification i.e. IMC or level of the CFA
• Have experience of implementing fund launches and running an end-to-end fund process from fund creation to fund closing
• Experience of managing and maintaining existing product ranges as well as assessing ongoing product strategy
• Possess an excellent understanding of Fund structures and their legal and regulatory requirements, including KIIDs, PRIPS, UCITS etc.
• Good understanding/knowledge of asset management with an extensive knowledge of funds, including multi-asset, bond funds, equity fund ranges and CIS vehicles
• Experience of working in a commercial and regulated organisation and liaising with all levels of stakeholder. Additional experience working within a listed environment will be helpful
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong relationship management, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Time and budget-sensitive
• Management of outsourced service providers
• Willing to get involved in all aspects of a Product implementation
