Senior People Officer, Full-Time, 37 Hours, Salary £27,000 per annumOur people are Bristol Beacon, we produce a programme of inspirational live music and work with young people and emerging artists to make musical experiences that change lives. Our vision is to unite people through the joy of live music. Our People teamsupport our people and deliver a People strategy that aligns with our Business Plan, improves our culture, enhances the employment experience and ensures that our team can be their best selves at work.We are currently in the final stages of our major capital transformation to create a world-class concert hall for the region and are looking towards reopening in autumn 2023.We are recruiting for a Senior People Officer to join our team as we grow to meet our needs for reopening. You will have the ability to build strong relationships at all levels and bring previous experience of working in HR and coordinating the employeelife cycle. You will be able to build trust, provide advice and guidance and have a good understanding of employment law and best practice. A high degree of accuracy and confidentially are essential, being partly CIPD qualified is an advantage, but is notessential.
