£Highly competitive salaries plus comprehensive benefits As a result of continued business growth, on behalf of our client we seek to recruitment an additional experienced Senior Pensions Administrator, who can demonstrate proven experience within the pensions industry.Our client places a strong focus on training and development, offering real opportunity to progress your career, develop new skills, achieve your professional qualification and at the same time maintaining your work-life balance within a friendly and supportiveteam environment.To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:* Good technical knowledge across Defined Benefit (DB) pensions scheme administration; likely to appeal to candidates with a minimum of 5 years plus experience, but not exclusive. Although not essential experience of Defined Contribution (DC) schemes wouldbe desirable* Ability to understand technical scheme rules and structures, and apply knowledge in a proactive way when handling issues or complaints* Experience ideally gained within a third-party pension administrator* Ideally you will be operating at a senior administration level, or actively working towards this level of responsibility* Working towards or have achieved a relevant pensions qualification* Ability to develop and mentor more junior team members; capable of being the day-to-day lead on client scheme administration* Strong attention to detail; checking both simple and complex calculations* Effective decision making and problem resolution skills* Well-developed communication skills both oral and written* Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise own and other team members workloads This position represents a great opportunity for an individual looking to join a highly successful growing company, with a great reputation within the industry, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference, work with highly talented individualsand contribute to the ongoing business success.Our client is able to start new joiners remotely and are open to part time remote working or remote working arrangements for the right individual, once employees return to office-based working.
