They provide clean water services in the North Somerset area.In this role you will be responsible for the oversight on the full life cycle of the projects, ensuring mechanical design meets the stakeholders requirements and is safe to build, commission and operate. You will participate in relevant design activities onprojects such as new pumping stations and treatment works upgrades, as well as checking and approving designs from consultants and contractors.The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering degree as well as design experience in the utility sector or industrial environment. It is also important the candidate has experience using AutoCAD and is up to date with mechanical design standards andregulations.The Role:
