Job Description

An exciting opportunity for aSenior Maintenance Engineerto work for aworld leader in the supply and lifecycle management of refrigerants and associated products and services.Youll take control of on-site maintenance, control system management and continuous improvement engineering activities. This means youll support the Site Engineering and Maintenance Manager, with all aspects of site engineering activity. This helps shapeand develop the on-site Engineering team.Location: BristolRequirements Essential

  • Engineering Degree in relevant discipline (Electrical degree /Electrical & Mechanical degree).
  • At least 5 years experience of working in maintenance engineering/ chemical processing environment.
  • An excellent understanding of UK wiring regulations and safe system implementation
  • Industrial safety experience including working at height and LOTOTO legislation
  • Contract management experience (Maintenance).
  • Computer literate with AutoCAD, Word, Excel, Project and CMMS.
  • Must demonstrate the relevant behavioural competencies for the role.
  • Experience with PLC programming
Desirable
  • Understanding of the pressurized equipment directive and its requirements
  • Experience in maintaining high pressure gas systems.
  • Have a detailed understanding of relevant industry standards ATEX, TPED, SIL, COMPEX etc.
  • Understanding of chemical processing techniques such as fractional distillation
  • PLC/ HMI program experience
  • Forklift and MEWP Licence
  • Experience of pressurized liquefied gas systems
  • C&G 2079 F-Gas certificate, category 1 and 2
  • Electrical or mechanical apprenticeship
