Senior Lettings Negotiator - Bristol - £30-34k OTEThis is an outstanding opportunity to join an established and successful independent Lettings Agents in Bristol. This established and award-winning Agent has an impressive reputation built up over several years and vacancies of this nature with them are very few and far between. They pride themselves on providing a great working environment with a solid and friendly team.Person RequirementsThe Candidate needs to have a proven and successful track record in residential lettings, with at least 2 years experience, along with a sound knowledge of the Bristol property market. As Senior Negotiator you will need to have the drive and determination to generate and attend as many viewings as possible whilst having the hunger and determination to train as a valuer. You will need to be polished and well presented and able to deliver on the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional Customer experiences. The agent is looking for a strong and experienced Negotiator, but are happy to give all the training required for valuing and listing properties - so valuing experience is not essential.Role OutlineThis is a busy Agent and as a Senior Negotiator you will be responsible for generating, booking and attending as many viewings as possible. You will also be trained to value in a professional manner, in order to provide consultative advice to win over instructions. Gaining Listings can be as much about relationships as it can about fee and as such you will need to be a real people person with the ability to build rapport and trust.
