My Client has an outstanding opportunity for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their team in Bristol. This role would suit someone with experience providing 1st and 2nd line support in a multi-site environment supporting networks, servers & storage, aswell as being confident dealing with escalations from the helpdesk both remotely and in person. An interest in IT Projects, Infrastructure support, and experience mentoring juniors is highly desirable but not essential.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain predominantly Windows 2012-2019 servers.
