Senior HR Business Partner - Bristol - Permanent - £50-60K dependent on experience We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner to work for a major public sector organisation based in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within the public sector as well as the ability to drive change and providing training in response to system changes. Experience of Workday is highly desirable. There is scope for this role to be offered on a 4 day week basis as well as 1 days home working upon completion of initial induction/training. Duties: * Support for the Head of HR and OD in leading the HR team to deliver its strategic objectives, demonstrating a clear understanding of the organisations context, priorities, business and culture and the role HR can play in shaping organisational success. * The SHRBP will lead on a number of agreed HR policy/process/activity areas. * HR activities and projects including business planning and budget and contract management are coordinated and delivered to meet organisational priorities. * Consistent advice attuned to the specific situation is proactively provided with a focus on risk-based approaches and the use of evidence and external insights * HR and wider organisation risks are identified and managed in partnership with external audit, internal leads and the HR team. * The SHRBP will manage the HR Adviser team, driving a culture of continuous improvement and systems driven transformation, and contribute to the management and development of the HR team, acting as a coach and mentor.
