Job Description

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with an independent manufacturing business based in Avonmouth with the appointment of a Senior Graphic Designer/Creative Artworker to join their team of designers on 12 month fixed term contract.Duties to include:

  • Working closely with the marketing team across different projects
  • Liaise with different departments internally and external agencies
  • Responsible for developing content creation for social channels
  • Creating adverts for print and digital
  • Managing the portfolio
  • Designing layouts ready for print and digital
  • Managing the company website and updating content
  • Liaising with external web development
  • Creating and developing sales resources, including infographics, information sheets, presentations, promotional flyers
  • Designing merchandise and producing resources
  • Designing point-of-sale artwork for showrooms and displays
  • Liaise with different departments internally and external agencies
  • Proofreading and annotating documents prior to sign-off
Experience Required:
  • Experience working with clients
  • Understanding of Microsoft packages
  • Work efficiently under pressure
  • Brilliant organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent understanding of preparing print-ready artwork
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Suite, preferably InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design
  • 6+ years graphic design experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of WordPress/WooCommerce and Mailchimp (or alternative emailing software)
  • Motion graphics and Adobe After Effects experience would be desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work within the brand guidelines
  • An interest in home interiors and keeping up with the latest trends is beneficial
