Joining a pivotal small team, youll be instrumental in propelling the development of documentationand help authoring tools, enhancing development processes, and upgrading our technology stack.The role encourages a spirit of continuous learning, valuing both your current expertise and your enthusiasm for adopting new technologies. WPF developers, in particular, will find this an excellent opportunity to diversify their skill set with various webtechnologies.Responsibilities:

  • Develop defect-free code for multiple roadmap requirements, client customizations, and software integrations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand issues and devise resolution plans.
  • Translate roadmap features into user stories in coordination with the product owner, suggesting technical solutions and identifying risks.
  • Design and develop new features for documentation and help authoring products.
  • Contribute to refining technological approaches and continuously improving the development process.
  • Stay updated on emerging and existing technologies.
  • Work closely with QA and operations teams to address customer issues.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.K.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or a related technical field.
  • Mid to senior-level experience in developing applications with C#/.NET web and back-end functionality, using Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Proficiency in developing solutions with the Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) framework for desktop applications.
  • Skills in .NET, WPF, PRISM, Unit Testing, Async, and applying MVC and MVVM patterns.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing quality, maintainable, and well-designed software, with knowledge of OOA/OOD/OOP and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment using Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience with XML development (XSD and XSLT, etc.).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, Angular, Bootstrap/Responsive Design.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and business analysts to gather business requirements.
