Youll support in the creation, delivery, execution and reporting of the digital marketing strategy, with a key focus on building visibility for the brand, driving website traffic, measure and report on performanceof all digital marketing campaigns and assessing performance against targets.Youll own the day-to-day management of Digital and CRM campaigns. You will play a key part in projects to redevelop and update the company websites across the group. Youll also identify opportunities through various digital channels tohelp increase brand awareness, applications and website enquiries.In this role you will work closely with other team members across PRG to develop appropriate creatives and communications, and also work with the content team to ensure SEO optimisation.Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to learn, test and grow within a supportive and driven team.So, what do we need from you

• At least 3 years experience working in similar digital marketing roles either in agency or in-house
• Experience of successful digital marketing across SEO, Affiliate, Paid and social media including setting up campaigns and reporting
• Experience of working with third party agencies to create impactful content and creatives Distinct advantage to have worked on a website redesign project
• Experience collaborating with departments across an entire organisation
• Experience of using some of the following platforms: Content Management Systems such as WordPress or Drupal, Reporting such as Google Analytics, SEO software such as SEMRush, App Store/Google Play, Email software such as Mailchimp

Required Skills:

• Ability to communicate confidently with people from any level of the business
• Fluent in digital platforms
• Creative-minded, both to identify opportunities and to solve problems
• Experience of working in a high-growth environment, able to move at a high pace yet with the highest standards of quality
• Analytical, with a high level of competence in Excel
• Good attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
