Job Description

Senior Data Engineer - £70,000 to £80,000 - Bristol (hybrid) Im looking for a skilled Senior Data Engineer to Join a cutting-edge, impact-driven fintech firm!Being a start-up youll have the chance to work in a team-focused and collaborative environment, where sharing knowledge, mentoring and creating a culture where everyone learns is a major focus.   • Design, implement, and maintain Python-based automated data pipelines on AWS.
  • Build and upkeep seamless, company-wide data infrastructure.
  • Develop and execute processes for testing data validity, latency, and coverage.
  • Collaboratively monitor, triage, and resolve issues with fellow Engineers.
The experience youll bring to the team:
  • Experience in ETL processes from diverse sources (SFTP, Email, APIs).
  • Excellent Python (or similar language) skills for data processing and analysis. Along with the ability to write code as well as scripting.
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures and IaC tooling (Terraform ideally).
  • Automated Testing Enthusiast: Passion for creating and ensuring comprehensive test suites.
