Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen for and Senior Customer Claims Data Analyst working as part of an energetic and progressive team through which you will be supporting the sales operation.You will have the talent to help drive the performance of the business further and in return will receive personal development, recognition and a great working environment.You will consider yourself to be a highly motivated, individual who will have excellent MS office and advanced skills in ExcelThe day to day role will consist of

  • Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports for circulation to senior stake holders.
  • Detailed analysis of data sources, highlighting trends and identify areas where the business could develop its profitability, efficiency or the service delivered to its customers.
  • Validation of key data used for reports.
  • Using exception reporting, highlight database quality and operational issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
  • Translating large volumes of complex data in to a more (non technical) understandable format.
    • The ideal Customer Claims Data Analyst will have the below skills and experience:
  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
  • Knowledge of SQL and VBA.
  • High proficiency in statistical, financial modelling techniques.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
  • Proven experience in a business environment dealing with data analysis.
