As a ClearCourse employee, youll be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service toour clients.Job Overview The Senior Business Analyst role is responsible for understanding and documenting the client’s requirements in the form of Features and User Stories in Azure DevOps, and designing “to-be” workflows in conjunction with the Solution Architect. They work onweb and/or CRM projects to deliver the best solution with the available budget.The Senior Business Analyst works within an agile delivery team, typically including Developers, Solution Architects,UX/UI specialists, QA Engineersand Scrum Master. The role is responsible for ensuring a common understanding of the requirements and solutionacross the agile delivery team and client.The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for mentoring and supporting more junior members of the team.Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Discovery

• Review / document as-is workflows and design to-be workflows in conjunction with the Solution Architect
• Lead stakeholder interviews with external clients to elicit, analyse and validate their requirements
• Write Epics and Features in Azure DevOps with a clear separation of concerns, and a balanced sizing based on the feedback from the Solution Architect and Client
• Agree the scope of the project with the client, so that they get the best value solution for their budget
• Run stack ranking and budgeting roadmap meetings

Delivery

• Work closely with the scrum team and the client to create detailed, clear and concise User Stories to meet the sprint target velocity
• Understand the Clearcourse out-of-the-box frameworks and work with the scrum team to deliver the appropriate solution within budget
• Be the conduit between the client and internal development teams
• Validation that the Acceptance Criteria meet the scope of the User Story
• Lead sprint planning sessions
• Run sprint walkthroughs with client.

Leadership

• Actively contribute to the running of the BA Guild, proposing and championing ideas for best practice, and the management of change to drive improvements in the business
• Guide and support the client through the Discovery and Delivery process
• Mentor and support more junior members of the BA team

Desireable attributes and experience:

• Strong understanding of Business Analysis process within the context of Agile
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage with all levels of internal and client organisation.
• Ability analyse and understand complex processes, extract the problem definition and present this back to both technical and business audiences
• Experienced at writing up User Stories
• Strong skills in Visio with workflow design in UML, BPMN
• Experience delivering web and/or CRM solutions, ideally with Dynamics 365
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis
