Job Description

The person were looking for will be key in helping us reach our goals by providing vital support for one of our most crucial functions within the company, New Business Development. As such we require a topflight coordinator with commercial acumen, greatcommunication skills, extremely organised in their working method and feels comfortable communicating at director level and with potential new customers.Client DetailsOur client represents a professional approach to facilities management:their objective is to provide a service based on brand reputation which will take ownership of the environment in which their customer base operates, allowing them to concentrate on corebusiness. This delegation of built environment ownership requires trust and as trustees, each element of their delivery structure must be robust, efficient, honest, and technically proficient.DescriptionTo be dedicated support to the Associate Director to help him deliver the new businessdevelopment function for the company.This will include:* Source, investigate and analyse new business opportunities utilising specialist tender portalsand distribute to the Associate Director for strategic review.* Deliver high-quality bid submission documents, either as RFP, EOI or specific responses tocompetitive tenders in PQQs and ITTs to win new business by creating interesting, on brandcomms that ensures the business "stands out from the crowd".* Investigate and analyse new business opportunities including research of previouslyawarded contracts. Ensure submissions are grammatically correct, well researched andwithout spelling mistakes.* Manage the new business proposal process and systems including obtaining quotes from aroster of preferred suppliers.* Ownership of workflow processes from job inception to completion* Design process and procedure diagrams so that all mobilisation processes are documentedfor future use.* Design process and procedure diagrams so that all contract renewal processes aredocumented for future use.As and when time allows, you may be required to support marketing and PR activity thathelps drive new businessProfileThe successful candidate for this role will have -

  • Experience and background in coordination and preparation of bid submissions such asPQQs, ITTs, RFPs and EOIs within public and private sector.
  • A good understanding of facilities management
  • Approachable and positive "can do" attitude - this is essential!
  • Team working skills
  • The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, and manage your own workload
