ResponsibilitiesJob TemplateUKSenior Bid ManagerAre you an experienced Bid Manager and thrive in a fast moving environmentAre you seeking an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic bid team located in Bristol/London with the flexibility to work in a hybrid setting If so, then we want to hear from you!As a Senior Bid Manager supporting Health and Wealth Solutions, you will be responsible for all aspects of the bid management process including RFIs, RFPs, PQQs, and the creation and delivery of specific direct sales materials for client pitches.   • Overseeing and facilitating all aspects of the bid process including RFIs, RFPs, PQQs, deal coaching and client presentations working closely with stakeholders to understand and develop win strategies.
  • Managing multiple bids and ensuring their timely delivery.
  • Contributing and facilitating finalist presentations to include drafting the pitch response, scheduling and attending rehearsals, managing logistics for site visits, demos, site tours and scheduling printing.
  • Editing and challenging content for readability, consistency, clarity and brand compliance utilising standard tools and processes (RFP content library, Share-point sites etc).
  • Ensuring the end to end review of the RFP response prior to submission including conducting own review, managing peer reviews and facilitating overall quality control.
  • Responsibility for post-bid reviews to include reviewing content with stakeholders/SMEs to capture updates to content and updating the RFP content library.
The role will also include acting as a solution line partner for at least one sub-solution line which will see you developing positive relationships with key SMEs and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Updating content via RFP content library/Share-point sites, preparation/maintenance of stakeholder self-service RFP materials.
  • Updating own technical knowledge of products and services.
  • Ensuring the ongoing maintenance of accurate bid content to include updates via post-bid reviews, ability to identify gaps in content, maintain statistics such as colleague headcounts, biographies, etc.
  • Ensuring all bid managers are kept appraised of any changes to the products and services provided by the solution line.
