Our Client, a respected independent multi-disciplinary consultancy with expertise in a wide range of environmental engineering services focussing mainly on property, energy and infrastructure sectors currently has a requirement for an experienced Air Quality Consultant in Bristol.You will assist with the growth and development of their air quality impact assessment business and manage a wide range of projects with major clients in a wide range of sectors. To be considered for the role you must possess considerable air quality consultancy experience which should cover working knowledge of the modelling package ADMS-Roads as a minimum (experience with Aermod would be an advantage but is not a requirement. Qualifications Environmental / Science based degree with a minimum of 2:1 Membership or ideally chartered status of a relevant institute. Full clean driving licence Experience Demonstrable experience of air quality consultancy Project management Business development Significant demonstrable experience of undertaking air quality assessments Strong communication (oral and written) and team management skills Client and regulator liaison Experience of ADMS models and GIS Experience of Microsoft office suite of programmes Ability to effectively manage projects, budgets and time Duties To manage air quality and multi-disciplinary consultancy projects To liaise with clients and project teams, both internal and external To develop new business Dispersion modeling of linear and point emission sources Pollutant concentration mapping Monitoring and/or modeling (DMRB, ADMS-Roads and ADMS-4) for EIAs, planning applications and expert witness work Ambient pollutant monitoring Dealing with air quality, odour and dust issues for purposes of planning, environmental permitting and litigation Benefits Opportunity for career progression, Exposure to stimulating and a broad ranging project work Excellent Salary Interested in this or other roles in Air Quality Please do not hesitate to contact Amir Gharaati on or call .
