  • Manage stakeholder groups within one or more customers
  • Achievement of sales budget and target on an annual basis
  • Responsible for ensuring all price and commercial agreements are agreed with customers and aligned to Kerry strategies and fully implemented with the customer
  • Responsible for driving availability and customer orders as well as Kerry service levels (order fulfillment through to accounts received)
  • Actively work with Demand Planning to ensure that the customer sales forecast is accurately reflected in the business sales forecast
  • Creating integrated plans that deliver the strategy Supporting brand execution
  • Accountable for customer performance, ensuring JBP is a working document bought into by all stakeholders and reflects and achieves sales, profit & brand objectives for Kerry
  • Responsible for expert knowledge of their customer, its competitors and the market they operate in
  • Responsible for the planning and development of customer promotions
  • Accountable for the creation and maintenance of customer business plans (JBP’s)
  • Responsible for the negotiation and delivery of the targeted customer trade rate for all activities
  • Responsible for delivering accurate forecast working with demand planning
What do I need to be successful
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage sales environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of the food industry
  • Third level degree qualified
