By combining our strategy, enhanced technology, and consultancy services, we deliver outstanding experiences,and we are looking for an experienced account manager to inherit an established desk.Customer success is key part of our work ethos, and as a Senior Account Manager youll be responsible for building and developing strong partnerships with our key customers.Youll track their opportunities in the pipeline, keeping them up to date, accurately forecasting deal close dates and hitting sales targets.Youll be the constant thread/escalation point from the discovery phase to post-delivery support and fundamentally, will be the voice of the customer within ClearCourse Membership Services.Required skills and experience

  • 5+ years relevant work experience in Key Account Management
  • With confident interpersonal skills, you enjoy networking & relationship building and have excellent negotiation and communication skills in English
  • Ability to see the big picture and prioritise appropriately by focusing on work that will deliver the best outcome for the customer and the business.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, adept at managing competing requirements and expectations
  • Analytical with a strategic mindset, you have a strong grasp of technical concepts and how to translate them for customers
  • Proficient in modern office software applications and experience in maintaining CRM records
