Job Description

  • Job Type: Full-time / Permanent
  • Location: Bristol (2 roles available – one is each location)
  • Salary: £23,000 to £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)
We have an exciting new opportunity to join a Bristolbased IT team within a Second Line Field Support role. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s career is well established within the tech industry and is looking for a new challenge.You will be providing onsite 2nd line support, carrying out daily site visits, supporting on Microsoft, Apple and Google platforms, escalating issues when needed, troubleshooting and internal guidance on new and current applications (when and if needed).Please note, this role is fully onsite and will require a DBS check Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Prior 1st / 2nd line support experience (minimum 3 years’)
  • Strong technical knowledge of Intune
  • Strong technical knowledge of M365
  • Server knowledge i.e. Active Directory log in experience
  • Great communication skills, verbal and written
  • Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with firewalls
  • Experience working with Aruba switches
