The Role: Reporting to the Project Delivery Lead, Scrum Masters are the key in successfully delivering projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.As a Scrum Master you will be given responsibility for delivering a number of assigned projects ensuring they are planned and delivered in line with the contractual obligations. You will be the primary business contact for clients throughout the lifetimeof a project and will work to build and maintain successful relationships with customers. As part of our project commitment at Helastel you will work to create a positive collaborative customer journey.Additionally, you will help shape and grow the Project Management practice, as well as working to create and maintain motivated teams within Helastel. You will be responsible for:

• Facilitating the team and agreeing on what they can achieve during each development sprint.
• Facilitate the daily standup and help the team reach a consensus.
• Help the team make progress on the project by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members progress, and protecting the team from distractions.
• Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
• Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
• Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
• Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
• Planning and organising demos and product/system testing.
• Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
• Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
• Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.

Youll bring the following to our team:

• Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred.
• Previous experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
• Leadership and management experience.
