As an integral part of our Leadership Team, youll be at the forefront of shapingthe future of the schools. Job Overview: In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing the schools finances, administration, HR processes, and the development of school premises. As a key contributor to the Federations vision, you will provide sound financial adviceto the Governing Body and play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our vibrant schools. Main Responsibilities:- Prepare and review the schools annual budget- Manage the accounting function, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and audit recommendations.- Manage the school office and supervise administrative/clerical staff.- Oversee HR processes, providing advice on recruitment, induction, review, and development of staff.- Lead the Estates and Facilities Team, ensuring standards in premises maintenance, cleanliness, and Health and Safety.
