Job Description

Our client, based in Bristol, is currently recruiting for a Scheme Manageron a temporary contract for four months.The position is due to start immediately on a part-timebasis (22.5 hours). The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.The ideal candidate will have experience of conducting fire risk assessments, and of supporting vulnerable/elderly tenants.Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Managing 51 flats housing elderly clients aged 60+ across two sites
  • Undertaking detailed risk assessments and creating tailored support plans for tenants
  • Carrying out fire risk assessments to ensure resident safety
  • Listening to residents’ queries and signposting them to the relevant organisation when required
  • Reporting and booking in repairs, cleaning and maintenance
  • Ensuring the welfare of residents by maintaining a suitable living environment
  • Assisting with tenancy sustainment, conducting signups and carrying out property viewings
    • Experience required:
  • Working with vulnerable and elderly clients
  • Experience in housing management
    • Working hours:
  • 22.5 hours per week
  • 3-4 days per week (between Mon-Fri)
