Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support Team Manager to join the Healix Health Sales team, based in Bristol and Esher. This is a part-time role, either 28 or 35 hours per week and you would be expected to occasionally visit our Esher office (Surrey). There isalso an opportunity to work from home one day a week.In this role you will lead and manage the sales support team that provide administrative support in relation to all new business and existing clients. To support the Head of Client Relationships in the delivery of excellent client and intermediary serviceby management of the day-to-day administration activities required by both new business and account management teams.We are looking for an individual with the following areas of expertise:

  • Line Management is a critical skill requirement
  • Experience within a regulated or controlled environment.
  • Experience of leading an administration function demonstrating excellent results.
  • Experience of handling conflict and handling difficult situations.
  • Experience of creating a high performing working environment
  • Strong technical, computer skills, fully competent with Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Decision making skills and ability to use own initiative and work independently.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to demonstrate customer led thinking.
  • Proactive approach to work and analytical problem solving skills.
About The RoleThe Sales Support Team Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
  • Ensure the smooth running of both Trust and TPA new business team and account management team administration activities.
  • Act as the management lead and escalation point for all Intermediary administration and client administration queries, providing a crucial link between all Healix departments and the client/Intermediary.
  • Ensure the sales support team are available during the core business hours of 0800-1800 for both internal and external interactions via email, phone and any other agreed messaging software that the business adopts.
  • Deliver constant improvements and efficiencies to all aspects of sales support activities including:
o MI delivery to Account Management team.o Provide the new business team and account management team support with day-to-day client and intermediary requests.o Ensure salesforce completion, client information update for new business team and account management team.o Liaise with Finance, IT, Pricing/Data and Operations teams to ensure clients and intermediaries queries are resolved within the business SLA’s of 3 working days.
  • Undertake any other duties, as reasonably required by the Head of Client Relationships or other Exec Committee member.
