Sales Support Administrator / Administrator l £25,000 Hydrid (Home & Office based after training (Central Bristol)Immediate start required, 6 month contract with possible extensionThe Company:A company that truly value their staff and believe that the people they employ are the reason for their success! It is a fun, open plan environment that is based in central Bristol, a company who are focused on service delivery and service excellence.The Job: Providing an accurate and professional service, processing and distributing both incoming and outgoing administrative work and responding to internal and external queries, .through both telephone and administrative based activity.Supporting the teams in meeting common objectives.Key Responsibilities: Preparing and issuing Rental Contracts for leasing.Contacting both internal and external customers by email or phone to obtain supporting information.Completion of New business Quotes.Maintaining and updating reporting records.General administration duties and admin support to the sales team.Consistent and high-quality service is provided to ensure all SLA’s are met.Managing requirements with Partners & CustomersThe Person:Previous office experience in a similar role.Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain professional and calm when under pressure.Good IT & keyboard skills and outstanding attention to detailWell organised and able to manage multiple priorities.Enthusiastic and willing approach and a strong team player.The location: Central Bristol office / HybridThe Hours: Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm (37.5 hours per week) Normal working hours are 9am - 5.30pm
