Job Description

Sales Process Administrator / Office Manager - Bristol - £24,000 - £26,000A varied role working for a digital marketing agency in Bristol, in a diverse role which will span multiple areas of the business including finance, HR and business development.It would suit an organised, proactive individual who can ensure operations are running smoothly and clients are happy.One of the key responsibilities will be helping to administer the sales process, including:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries
  • Qualifying enquiries before escalating them
  • Note taking during pitches
  • Liaise with the wider team to help produce proposal documents
  • Support clients during the onboarding process
  • Wider responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Creating and managing monthly invoices
  • Finance administration
  • General office administration
  • The company are Bristol based, however the majority of the work can be done remotely.Ideally you will have worked in a similar position - maybe as a Sales Administrator, Office Manager or similar. If you have experience working at a digital agency that would be ideal but not required!
