Job Description

Sales Manager who has a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and digital transformation strategies, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills is required to join Changing Social, a dynamic and innovativeM365 Adoption and Change Management Consultancy that specialises in the implementation of Microsoft technologies whilst driving digital transformation.SALARY: Basic Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 per annum / £160,000 OTE (uncapped)LOCATION: Hybrid / Bristol (You must live within a commutable distance to Bristol)JOB TYPE: Full-Time, PermanentJOB OVERVIEWWe have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Manager who has experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and the digital transformation strategies, as well as excellent communication, negotiation,and presentation skills.Working as the Sales Manager you will implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals and build on existing sales team to grow revenue.As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to exceed sales targets through high performance and a customer-centric approach.ABOUT CHANGING SOCIALChanging Social is a leading Microsoft Partner with a specific focus on the people side of digital transformation.   • Implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
  • Build on existing sales team to grow revenue
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets through high performance and a customer-centric approach
  • Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure exceeding quota through effective pipeline managements
  • Coordinate and lead regular pipeline reviews, meetings, and training sessions to foster continuous improvements
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and other partners to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, including large enterprise organisations, to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Ensure the sales teams alignment with Changing Socials core values of Lovability, Openness, Versatility, and Enthusiasm
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience as a Sales Manager or similar role with experience, ideally within the technology or consultancy sectors
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and digital transformation strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and team members
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
BENEFITSAnnual leave - Employees are entitled to a base of 23 days of annual leave per calendar leave, which includes Bank Holidays. Changing Social will also add an additional day for each year of employment up to a maximum of 5 days.Festive period - The business will be closed for a week during the festive period in December, with the dates of closure to be confirmed by Operations and shared ahead of time. Therefore, no annual leave days will need to be used for time-offover this period. In the event of any urgent business matters, employees are kindly requested to return to work and address them as needed.Bank holidays - Employees are granted to work over bank / public holidays if desired or required.
