Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer required to join a leading manufacturer of instrumentation, sensors (Pressure, level, flow) & Flow Meters.The successful Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer will have previous experience selling instrumentation, sensors (pressure, level, flow) and flow metersIt would be beneficial for the Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer to have experience in one or more of the following industries - pharmaceutical, biotechnology, R&D, universities, government labs, chemical etc.Package£50,000 - £55,000 depending on experienceBonus scheme22 days rising to 26 days of holidayGroup Pension SchemeLife Assurance PolicyPrivate Medical InsuranceResponsibilitiesAgreeing, setting sales targets and achieving agreed budget on new business ales for relevant industriesDevelop and nurture future sales opportunities. Geographical coverage of the South West of England and South Wales.Maintain customer satisfaction to the highest possible levels by both office and face-to-face interactionProviding annual industry and product reporting packagesAssisting in budget planning as determined by the Sales DirectorFollow up and generate leads via research and planned market activityProviding monthly reports and forecasts regarding the allocated remitAny other duties agreed upon by the Sales DirectorRequirementsRelevant engineering qualification such as degree or ONC in Instrumentation / Mechanical EngineeringExperience in a previous field sales position preferably Business Development Manager / Sales EngineerExperience selling instrumentation, mass flow meters and controllersExperience of process industries such as; pharmaceutical, biotechnology, R&D, universities, government labs, chemical etc.UK Driving License
