We are looking for Field Sales Executives / Account Managers across the South West to join our employee benefits focused company. Youll ideally have previous experience of working in a Sales environment however this is not essential. We will ensure that you will be ready to advise and support our clients workforce in the best way possible from week4 onwards. Youll be working some of the largest companies in the country You will have full autonomy to look after your area, yes you will need to check in with your manager regularly but he wont be calling you every morning to check youve packed your lunch.JOB DESCRIPTION: Field Sales Executive / Account ManagerYoull be supporting workers who are keen to learn about their rewards and benefits plus our tailored app-based employee platform. Our tailored packages are all created in house by our group of specialist companies and valued partnerships.As one of our Field Sales Executives / Account Managers your role will include;Visiting blue collar clients across your territory across various sectors such as, FMCG, Warehouse, Manufacturing, logistics & Transport. Demonstrating our employee benefits & financial services to employees, NOT SELLING. Conducting 6 -10 appointments per day, on a 1 to 1 basis. Record confidential data in accordance with the FCA regulations.What we need to from you ... Have a can-do attitude, demonstrating confidence in the workplace and the ability to form instant relationships with employees at all levels across the business. Hold a full UK drivers licence and can be flexible to stay away from home during the working week.
