A wide range of leads will be available, ranging from previous exhibitors, lapsed clients, enquiry forms, clicks to the websiteand mailers.Our client is all about quality, as opposed to quantity. Youre looking at an average of 30 calls per day with prospects. 30 opportunities to work towards your uncapped commission earnings!DutiesGenerate sales and maximise revenues including upselling and cross-selling across a defined portfolio of eventsmanaging up to 12 events per yearExceed sales targets by successfully creating and developing working relationships with new and existing customers, using proactive means (such as regular calls)Maintain accurate, relevant records on the CRM, e.g. tracking emails, logging calls and updating contact dataResponsible for the sales order processWork from incoming leads and call lists provided through lead generation activityOperate as the point of contact for assigned customers throughout the sales processEnsure customer requests and or concerns are appropriately handled quickly and efficientlyWork closely with the Event Sales Manager to achieve sales objectivesCold calling new contacts to promote and sell the business and product offeringTrack event sales targets ensuring they align with event objectivesProvide regular feedback to the Event Sales Manager and where appropriate, the wider sales management teamOpportunity for international travel to attend eventsAbout youPrevious telesales experience - DesirableExcellent telephone mannerExcellent communication and customer service skillsProven organisation and time management skillsSelf-motivated and proactive with the ability to manage own workload and budgetsIT literate - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), a CRM system, Internet and Social Media.Flexible approach and willingness to travel if requiredBenefits5% employer pension contribution25 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday offHealth cash scheme as well as dedicated health and wellbeing support
