Job Description

We are seeking a Sales & Account Manager. This position will be office based in Bristol (Ashton Gate). It is a full-time permanent role.Join our friendly, fun and fast-paced team as a Sales & Account Manager at our Bristol office.We specialize in designing and creating high quality event and exhibition marketing products that include Branded Gazebos, Promotional Inflatables, Exhibition Booths & Displays, Flags, Banners & lots more.This opportunity is for a full time salaried position within our Sales & Account Management team. As a seasonal business we are incredibly busy during the Spring and Summer months, and a little quieter during the winter. To excel in thisrole you will need to be extremely organised and excellent at multi tasking under pressure, especially during our peak season.We are seeking someone who is passionate and energetic with great verbal and written communication skills. Experience in Sales & Customer Account Management is essential.Job Purpose

  • To learn everything about our product range and help guide customers from initial inquiry through to final sale (full training provided)
  • To establish and maintain customer relationships via effective account management.
  • To provide amazing customer service to both new and existing customers.
  • Become a valuable member of our team and contribute to our continued success in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Sales & Customer Service experience in a commercially focused business is essential
  • Project management experience is desirable
  • History of working towards targets and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional & polite telephone manner and an ability to build rapport with customers
  • Appropriate skill set and confidence level to work autonomously, with the ability to prioritise workloads and implement effective time-management
  • Open and cooperative style of working
  • Team player
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • High level of attention-to-detail
