Job Description

Sales and Marketing Assistant | Bristol,BS40 5RH | Full Time | £25,000-£30,000Our client has over 17 years of experience supplying energy systems to support commercial building projects by using the best proven sustainable, Low Carbon & Renewable technologies whenever possible.They are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join their team and grow within the business. This role has lots of scope for development.To succeed in this role, you will be eager to get stuck in and learn about the business as this is a varied role where everybody does a little bit of everything!You will work 8.30am - 5pm and have 1 hour for lunch.What will your role look like

  • Follow up with clients on quotes issued
  • Take initial enquiries and schedule sales engineers to contact/visit as required
  • Update the company website with news and information working closely with the marketing team.
  • Update social media posts with relevant news and stories
  • Assist with planning and coordination with ongoing projects
  • Using the following:
    • MS Office products
    • Zoho CRM
    • Social media platforms
    • WordPress
Are you the right person for the job
  • Experience in the HVAC industry would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Experience in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Able to work confidently and calmly under pressure
  • A high level of oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
