Job Title:Safe House Support WorkerLocation: Bristol Role Type: temp – perm Salary: £14.70 PAYE inc. - £15.62 Umbrella – once qualified - £27,803Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of women who have experienced domestic abuse and have complex needs If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading Housing Association as a Respite Support Worker.Youll be part of an integrated team for homeless pathway and domestic violence services providing safe temporary housing and support to empower women to regain independence. This is a temp – perm position where you will play a crucial role in addressing women’swellbeing, supporting their recovery, and ensuring their safety.
  • Provide safe temporary housing and support to women who have experienced domestic abuse and have complex needs.
  • Empower women with complex needs to move on to independent or lower-level supported accommodation.
  • Deliver outcomes for clients & evidence their achievements
Preferred Requirements:
  • Mental health expertise
  • Experience in domestic violence support
  • Knowledge of housing management
  • Ability to address substance misuse
  • Understanding of homelessness support
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualification in mental health, social work, or a related field
  • Training in housing management or related area
