  • Develop a comprehensive end-to-end understanding of processes earmarked for automation.
  • Conduct requirements-gathering workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create business requirements documentation.
  • Generate solution design documents in conjunction with the business SME, RPA team, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide support for change management in Business As Usual (BAU) automations.
  • Assist the business and quality assurance team during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Identify the scope, benefits, restrictions, and risks associated with RPA automation projects, capturing and documenting both AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
Essential
  • Experienced in process discovery and process mapping.
  • Strong business analysis skills combined with substantial experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous concepts and breaking down complex problems into manageable components.
  • Ability to lead workshops, synthesizing input from various stakeholders to achieve consensus on the approach.
  • Proficient in utilizing established project and task management tools (such as Jira) to support the Project Manager during planning and execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to successfully collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Capability to work independently in a small but highly agile team.
  • Enjoys working in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proven track record of career development and growth.
Desirable
  • Experience operating within an RPA team.
  • Knowledge and qualifications in RPA tools, and other automation technologies.
  • Experience in identifying opportunities for improving business processes.
  • Business Analysis (BA) Qualification (e.g., BCS Diploma in Business Analysis).
