Retail Sales Manager - DIY decorative productsArea: South West and West MidlandsThe CompanyOur client are a leading manufacturer of interior decorative products and have manufacturing plants all over Europe with a work force that is 800+ strong and a turnover in excess of £400m. This market leaderare regarded as one of the top employers within the industry and offer excellent training, career development support and are proud of their open collaborative, friendly culture.The Role of Retail Sales ManagerThis is a field / home based role covering the South West and West Midlands. This role sits within the distribution side of the business and you will manage national DIY retailers including Home Base. Managing relationships at local branch level, you willsupport Branch Managers, Store Staff, Regional Managers and champion the companies leading range decorative products aiming to grow revenue spend within your existing account base.The Candidate Retail Sales Manager
  • Field Sales experience within the construction industry
  • Or field sales experience -selling into a retail environment
  • OR graduate calibre sales professional
Package
  • up £30,000 - £40,000 basic dependent on experience plus 15% OTE
  • 14% combined pension
  • Hybrid company car
  • 25 days annual leave + stats
