The Position:- * Residential Property Locum Solicitor required to assist with all elements of Residential Property/Conveyancing work * This position has arisen due to a sickness absence * You will be required to act on a largely standalone basis with minimal supervision/support * Admin/Paralegal assistance available to provide support* The firm uses a case management system* Full time or 4 days a week* This opportunity can be offered on a REMOTE basis, bar the first couple of days when the firm would like attendance on site in North Bristol to meet the team/have training/settle in* Start date 8th February for 3 weeks, and possible extension thereafterThe Ideal Candidate:- * Will be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer * Will have at least 4 years experience of dealing with Residential Property cases* Will be comfortable acting on a relatively standalone basis * Will be relatively immediately available Badenoch + Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
