Requirements Engineer£400pd - Umbrella3 month contractBristolAdvantage Resourcing are working in partnership with a prominent government organisation to find a talented, defence specialising requirements engineer to join the clients Bristol site on a 3 month contract to work in the Intelligent Systems Team to be responsible for the development and maintenance of system requirements throughout the lifecycleHere you will apply best practice to ensure that the requirements meet the capability need and are explicit, quantified and testable. Ensure the impact of all project decisions are assessed against the requirements and focus is maintained on requirements during all development, testing and acceptance activities.Key responsibilities;Lead engagement with sponsors, users, subject matter experts (SMEs), and suppliers to ensure that user requirements are correctly elicited, captured, developed and managed through to capability delivery.Maintain the backlog of requirements, in the form of User Stories and Use Cases.Maintain traceability between the capability, user requirements, system requirements and the solution throughout the extended project lifecycle.Manage and incrementally mature the Requirements and Acceptance Management Plan (RAMP).Contribute to the development of the Agile Test & Acceptance Strategy.Manage the acceptance process, understanding any deviation of the solution from the requirements and the impact of any non-conformances.Chair quarterly Requirements Working Groups & fortnightly End User Working Groups.NOTE: Due to security and information access restriction, the role is only open to a sole BRITISH national with active DV Clearance.For more information please contact Sam a Advantage Resourcing on , quoting the reference number 836215Advantage Resourcing is a service driven recruitment consultancy.
