As they complete the recruitment of their 4th SCRUM team in the last 4 years since building and launching their brand-new cloud-native products, they are now on the hunt to add one further addition to the technical team - a Junior-Mid Level Developer.In this role, you will work directly with the other developers and the product team to design and add to the product vision, building new features and having your "say" on the full development lifecycle.The RoleFirstly, it isnt often that you can say that the work you do every single day will be having an impact on students and teachers across the globe!As a Software Developer (PHP, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, VueJS/React), you will take ownership on various technical projects such as building new features, assisting with the architecture and shadowing other senior developers within the business. Youwill assist with the product roadmap across the business and contribute to the "best practice" ethos across the business building scalable and maintainable code. You will assist with the development and delivery of complex projects but also use your knowledgeand innovation to work together in the team to bring the teams ideas to life. There is an ambitious technical roadmap in place that you will become part of and help to shape along your journey.Their office is based in the South West although this role is fully remote office travel once every 2-3 months to collaborate with the team would be beneficial.The Core Stack(You can have anywhere between 2-3years + experience with the following technologies):
  • PHP
  • SOLID
  • MVC: Symfony
  • MySQL
  • JavaScript, React
  • Docker, AWS
